Michael Thomaides your Personal Trainer, exclusive to FOTIA Fitness. Mike is a qualified personal trainer, a natural physique athlete and has been in the lifestyle and fitness industry for over 4 years. He possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs focusing on each individual client – assisting them in reaching their personal health and fitness goals.
Mike has achieved a Higher Certificate in Exercise Science and holds a degree in BCom Business Management.
