Mike is a qualified personal trainer, a natural physique athlete and has been in the lifestyle and fitness industry for over 6 years. He possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs focusing on each individual client – assisting them in reaching their personal health and fitness goals.
Mike has achieved a Higher Certificate in Exercise Science and holds a degree in BCom Business Management.

Steve Luther has developed a passion for helping others pursue optimal health and wellbeing through the modalities of exercise, precision nutrition and supplementation. Through taking a holistic, sustainable approach, Steve’s clients have not only realized their physique goals but also a drastic improvement to their health and wellbeing.
Steve enjoys working with a wide array of clients, from individuals who want to optimize muscle mass to clients who just wish to achieve an improved body composition, better health, and reduce their disease risk.
